Deposit $100, Receive $5 Cashback

This promotion is administered by Luxon Partners for customers referred through the Luxon Partners Affiliate Programme. Luxon Partners provides referral links to participating affiliates, who share those links with their users.

The promotion has no scheduled end date unless an end date is published in these terms.

To qualify for this promotion, a customer you refer must:

• Have an active, verified Luxon Pay account attributed to you through the affiliate referral link provided to you by Luxon Partners.
• Meet the applicable age, account and jurisdiction requirements of Luxon Pay and the eligible merchants.
• Complete qualifying deposits totalling at least USD 100 while the promotion is active.
• Not have previously received cashback under this promotion.

You must communicate these eligibility requirements and provide access to these promotion terms when advertising the offer to your referred customers. Cashback is paid to the qualifying customer’s Luxon Pay account, not to you as the affiliate.

To qualify, successfully deposit a total of at least USD 100 from your Luxon Pay account to eligible merchants, selecting Luxon Pay as the payment method.

The threshold may be reached through a single deposit or multiple smaller deposits to one or more eligible merchants. Qualifying deposits are added together until the USD 100 threshold is reached.

Eligible merchants are those listed in the Luxon Partners Merchant Directory at the time of each deposit, subject to availability in your jurisdiction.

Payments made using a Luxon Pay card, do not qualify. Funding your Luxon Pay wallet or transferring funds to another user does not qualify.

You will receive USD 5 cashback once your qualifying deposits total at least USD 100.

This reward is available only once per customer for the lifetime of this promotion, with a maximum total cashback of USD 5 per customer. Further deposits, including deposits to other eligible merchants, do not qualify for additional cashback under this promotion.

Cashback will be credited to your Luxon Pay account within 48 hours of the qualifying deposit that brings your cumulative total to at least USD 100. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from this calculation: the 48-hour period pauses during weekends and resumes on Monday. Weekend timing is determined using Central European Time.

Failed, cancelled, refunded or reversed deposits do not count towards the qualifying total. Cashback may be withheld or recovered if refunds or reversals reduce your qualifying total below USD 100, or if fraud, duplicate-account use or deliberate manipulation of the promotion is established.

Affiliates may promote this offer once Luxon Partners publishes it through its official affiliate channels or designated marketing materials, including its copy bank, welcome page and shared Google Drive library containing banners, logos and copy. Separate written approval is not required, subject to any restrictions stated for the offer.

Affiliates must follow these promotion terms and use the approved banners, logos and copy provided. Affiliates must not alter the offer, promise additional benefits or introduce their own cashback arrangements without separate written authorisation from Luxon Partners.

Affiliates must keep their promotional content consistent with these terms and stop promoting the offer when it ends.

Luxon Partners may amend this promotion or terminate it by updating these terms. Any amendment will state its effective date. Termination will be announced by adding an end date, time and time zone to these terms. Changes and termination will not take effect before publication.

Luxon Partners will use reasonable efforts to notify participating affiliates by email. Email notifications are supplementary: except where required by applicable law, failure to send or receive an email does not prevent a published change or end date from taking effect. Affiliates should review these terms before promoting the offer and periodically while their promotional content remains active.

Changes will not retrospectively disqualify deposits that qualified when made. Cashback earned by reaching the USD 100 threshold before the promotion ends will remain payable under these terms. Customers who have not reached the threshold by the published end date will not qualify for cashback. Merchant eligibility changes apply only to future deposits.

These terms govern customer participation in this promotion. The Luxon Partners Affiliate Programme Terms of Service govern participating affiliates’ promotional activities. Luxon Pay’s customer terms and the merchant’s terms continue to govern their respective services.
